General Ceiling Fan FAQ

  • You can view our ceiling fans at the locations listed on this page. It is recommended to check with the store to see the physical product, for clarification, requirements, and questions, the store staff will be able to aid you. Otherwise, we are happy to help you if you reach us through email or by phone.

  • There are 16-speed settings that are available to adjust the wind speed of the fan. With the control of the remote, you have a range of functions at your disposal, like Circulation Mode, Natural & Sleep Wind, to suit your comfort.

  • The ceiling fan can be installed as low as 8 feet.

  • This product combines the features of a ceiling fan and a light in one. With functions of:


    10 levels dimming function

    7 levels of fluorescent light colour

    Night light mode

    LED timer

    16 levels of air volume adjustment

    DC motor

    Natural / Sleep mode

    Fan timer

  • This product can be maintained by cleaning it with a cloth. We do not recommend using harsh chemicals.

  • Free delivery is available to customers in Hong Kong, with restrictions depending on the location. Optional installation for the ceiling fan can be arranged and is available upon request.
